Structural Design & Prototyping
In-house CAD/CAM facility at our Guindy factory with integrated ISTA testing simulation. We optimise board usage, stacking strength, and material cost before cutting a single sample.
Print & Finishing
Heidelberg offset presses, HP Indigo digital, and flexo lines — with inline coating, foiling, embossing, and die-cutting. Fully operational from our Chennai facility.

Every pallet goes through automated dimension check, colour spectrophotometry, glue-bond pull test, and GS1 barcode scannability verification before dispatch.
