Structural & Graphic Design

Rapid Prototyping

CNC sample-making machines produce a physical carton from your approved design — with a guaranteed 72-hour turnaround. You receive the prototype for fit testing, look-and-feel review, and structural sign-off.

Production

High-speed Heidelberg and Bobst presses run the job at our Chennai facility. Our production lines handle printing, die-cutting, creasing, folding, gluing, and finishing — all under one roof with real-time quality monitoring.

Quality Control

Every pallet passes ISO-compliant automated dimension verification, spectrophotometric colour check, glue-bond pull testing, and barcode scannability. Non-conforming units are quarantined and documented as per ISO 9001 standards.

Delivery

Finished cartons are palletised, stretch-wrapped, and staged for pan-India shipment. We coordinate with your logistics team for just-in-time delivery — to your facility in Chennai or anywhere across India.
